Tue Tran collects only what is needed to deliver and maintain the service.

• Contact details you provide: full name, phone number, email address, company name and the request you send us.
• Account details when you use our software: username, encrypted password, role and access scope.
• Business data your company enters into the system, such as employee records, customer data, orders and invoices.
• Technical data generated automatically: IP address, device type, browser and access time.

We do not collect card payment details on the website. Payments are made by bank transfer or through a partner payment gateway.

• Delivering, operating and supporting the software and websites we have deployed.
• Answering consulting requests, quotations and questions sent through the contact form.
• Improving product quality based on aggregated usage figures.
• Sending notices about service changes, releases and maintenance windows.
• Meeting accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

We never use your business data for advertising and we do not sell data to any third party.

Your information is shared only in the following cases:

• With the hosting and email providers we contract to run the system, limited to what is strictly required.
• With delivery partners on a project, once your company has agreed in writing.
• When lawfully requested by a competent state authority.

In every case the receiving party is bound by confidentiality equivalent to this policy.

• Business data is kept for as long as the service contract remains in force.
• After the contract ends, data is retained for a further 90 days so your team can export it, then deleted on request.
• Contact details from the consulting form are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
• Accounting records and invoices are kept for the period required by law.

Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam, backed up on a schedule, with access granted per assigned staff member.

You hold the following rights over your personal information:

• Request access to, a copy of, or an export of the information we hold.
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion, except for records we are legally required to keep.
• Withdraw consent to product and service notices at any time.
• Lodge a complaint about how we handle personal data.
